How to copy iPad music/video to iPad 2 on Mac?

iPad 2 is new innovation by Apple this year, and luckily I got one from my friend as my birthday's gift. Now I wanna sync all music/video files from my old iPad to new iPad 2. iTunes cannot work, is there any powerful software to help you? 1. Install and run the software
